Problem Copy Jobs

We have copy jobs running on a Netware 5 server. We are using Arcserve IT 6.6. We get these errors:

File System TSA not loaded on server COLOSSUS1
Not Using SMS Engine
E2327 SMS is required to preserve OS2 name
space information

Computer Associates advised that the best SMS NLMS Combination were:
SMDR - 5.05
TSA500 - 5.05
TSANDS - 5.25

We updated to these versions and now the unloading of tsa500.nlm either had long delays or never unloaded. I think this is a problem with resources, but I don't know if they are related to the server or the backup software.

Anyone have any ideas.

Try typing the following at your server console. This will recreate the SMDR object:

SMDR NEW -----------------------------------------------------
"It's true, its damn true!"
-----------------------------------------------------

We have tried that but the error still occurs.
