problem connection eway

hi,
I 've got a schema which imported in a test environment but when i look at properties eway, I can't see the configuration file.
when i'm going to components windows, i can see the name of the configuration file when i choose the control broker.
I don't know why but i think this is the problem of my eway.
this eway doesn't want to go up and this is the error message:
API F unable to load module work slice configuration. Please make sure the configuration, collaboration, or event_type for this component has been committed to the registry.

I hope somebody could help me.

Environment is either missing files (eway config / cp config / crs) or the collaboration is invalid.
Or event type is not defined.
