Problem connecting using modem after upgrade

Before upgrade I was able to connect dialing extension to extension using a Robotics modem. After upgrading to 7.6 I'm not able to connect. Modem dials the connection and ones the remote modem answers the call drops.

Try to connect dialing as an outside call with the same result.

Any ideas on how to fix the issue?

EddieDuece, the TTY ports are enabled. I connected to the modem an analog trunk that does not go trough the PBX and I could connect.

When you have the CSP Version: MGCC CD04 then there is the issue. This Loadware is defekt.
It is a known issue on Avaya Database.
Go to your support. They can give you the right LW.

I'm not sure i understand correctly but is cls mpta (modem pass through) set on each extension with a modem?
