Problem connecting to published app

I have 2 citrix servers on W2k with SP4. The citrix server is MetaFrame XPe SP2-FR2. The problem I am having is that at times I am unable to connect to any published apps. I get the error message. "Cannot Connect to the Citrix Server”. I can RDP and ICA to the server desktop but cannot launch any published apps. The only way to get it to work is to reboot the servers. It will be fine for a couple of days and the same problem returns. I called citrix and they were not any help.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
