Problem connecting BP 250.

Hi Everyone,

This started when I was 'forced' by Microsoft to update to win10 from 8.1. It suddenly installing without my permission. Until then, i cannot connect to the system, the error message has always been "cannot connect to system no further information available (4027)". I still get the same result when I connect through virtualbox with OS win 7.

My BMS is R17 using usb to serial connector.

Please help. Thank you.

Can you connect to this system with the read only mode?
If yes, only a coldstart and load a backup will solve this problem.
