Problem configuring Scansoft TTS on Solidus3.0

Hello!

I have a problem configuring the TTS on Solidus3.0. I am using Scansoft for the Spanish language and the line I enter in the watcher.startup is:

rs_nutts_server rm.Addresses=localhost tts.Port=32859 tts.ResourceName=SPANISH -cf "C:\ARCHIV~1\Ericsson\OAS\Nuance\rs_config_win.cfg" -num_workers 20 -bs 8000 watcher.RestartOnFailure=TRUE

I ensured that the paths are correct but when I type localhost:7080, the nuttserver isn't loaded.
