Problem configuring CTM8 to Dial-out

Hi, I've been asked to setup a CTM8 on a BCM450. I have followed the Avaya installation instructions:
CTM8 is in slot 3, all dip switches are on as per Element Manager directions, both LEDs are green
Lines 32-39 are enabled and linked to BlocA
Setup Route 004 to use BlocA
When I test I can receive calls on all CTM8 ports, I cannot dial out. Any ideas ?
 
For normal pots lines try a normal Pool (A, B, C etc) instead of BlocA (PRI etc).

Many thanks, I changed to Pool B and now it works fine
