Problem changing Texts in Indesign

I have a (hopefully) small problem with Indesign CS.

I have to change the texts in an already layouted book, but it seem as if some textframes are somehow "locked".

If I use the Text-Tool on them, I create a new textframe, instead of entering the already existing one.

Since I´m a bloody beginner to layouting, I can´t find the solution for this.

You have either some LAYERS that are locked, or them text boxes are in the MASTER PAGES. Check the master pages and Layers palette.
