Problem CDR

We have a problem with the CDR on a Succession 1000S R4 , in the ticket we have always "000" pulses.

My ticket :

Does someone know how to set this option ?

I take it the trunks do have PPM on them? (I don't know about the states but this is quite expensive in the UK and totally unnecessary to obtain accurate costs these days)

If so set OPA to YES in LD 16, MTRO to PPM in LD 17 and PCDL to YES in LD 15
