problem cancelling a process

Hi All

My first problem is that my restore dates available in the BA client don't match my backup dates showing in the tsm operational reports but I'll post that in another forum to keep things brief.

So...I tried the restore and it demanded tape 006881l3 which wasn't in the library. So I did a q req and got:

tsm: TSMSERVER1>q req
ANR8352I Requests outstanding:
ANR8765I 030: LTO volume 006881L3 in location QBDC is required for use in library ROBOLIB;
CHECKIN LIBVOLUME required within 19 minutes.

tsm: TSMSERVER1>cancel process 030
ANR0942E CANCEL PROCESS: Process 30 cannot be found.
ANS8001I Return code 11.

Anyone know how to cancel an 'invisible' process?
