Problem calling report from form in iAS 9.0.4

I can run demo report test (from Oracle demos), but can't run report from one application (call from form). I get an error (without error number) that say there is no registered reports servers on server. At this point I don't know is it application problem or iAS problem (as I have only one application).

Problem solved.
It was mainly an application problem, as an application had an entry in application database which report to use, and there was no new entry for our new iAS.
However I also needed to disable SSO Security and add path to reports in Windows Registry REPORTS_PATH (Oracle) and not in .env file (little bit strange). It is 9.0.4 iAS, no Patches. Everything works fine now. I would preffer to be able to use REPORTS_PATH im .env file instead of messing up with Windows Registy.
