Problem by DYN CALL from PL/I to COBOL in CICS TS 2.2

Dear forum,

I am looking for some help with the following PL/1 problem.
The Environment is Z/OS 1.4, PL/1 for MVS & VM V1R1.1, Enterprise COBOL FOR Z/OS AND OS/390 RELEASE 3.2. and CICS TS for Z/OS V2.2

The problem we are having is as follows (running as a transaction under CICS);

in the Situation runs it correct:

MAIN-PGM in PL/I
-> DYNAMIC CALL ENTRY/MODULE in PL/I
-> DYNAMIC CALL MODULE in COBOL

The following Situation abends in the LE/COBOL IGZEINI with an ASRA/0C4:

MAIN-PGM in PL/I
-> CICS LINK PROGRAM MAIN-PGM in PL/I
-> DYNAMIC CALL ENTRY/MODULE in PL/I
-> DYNNAMIC CALL MODULE in COBOL(abend)
