Problem between night service and voice mail 2

At a customer site, I am trying to enable all the phones to ring when the system is put on "night service" ringing mode.
This parts works.
The problem is after 4 rings, the call gets redirected to a personal mailbox. My guess: The sets are configured to redirect to the voice mail after 4 rings.
What's the easy way around this ? After 10 rings at night service we would have the voice mail taking the calls, but we still need the sets to redirect to personal mb if someone gets transferred from the vm.

Umm take call forwarding off your sets. Then if your voicemail answer it'll do a transfer call back to the person mailbox. If i was the customer calling, I would hang up well before 6 rings. Not being mean, but that's just not good business sense.
 
or remove the sets from the ring group....assign some sets without VM for ringing, or get a loud bell/ paging ringer setup
 
Maybe at night, instead of turning on night service, the receptionist can forward her calls to a Hunt group that rings on all phones u want, then times out into reception vmail after xx amount of seconds.. (Hunt groups bypass forward no answers of sets and such) ..

Or just have the AA answer calls and have one of the buttons forward to hunt group. (For night time service, dial 3.. or whatever)

I already though about the ringer/paging system, which I will have to install late december anyway, but when I reinstalled the Valcom 2001 they previously had before they moved, I couldn't not get it to work.

If your auto attendant answers calls during the day, there is another option. You can set up "night ringing" during day hours and "normal ringing during off hours. During day the lines will ring directly to auto attendant and go to users when extension is pressed.....at night or off hours the only sets ringing will be those programmed to ring . No forwarding to voicemail.
