Problem between NAV2004 liveupdate and oleacc.dll

This week, Norton AV 2004 liveupdated subscription service and client core. The installation of those updates failed because of the absence of oleacc.dll. I downloaded the dll from

http://www.dll-files.com

and installed it in the windows/system folder. Now, an error message from the installation of those updates says it cannot execute the oleacc.dll.

I have windows 98.

Does one have a suggestion?

Your suggestion is interesting. I looked in my configuration panel: I don't have the accessibility feature installed. Alas! I don't have the Windows installation CD. Is there a way to install the "accessibility" files from the Net?
