Problem beetween nortel vpn client on XP / Seven

Hello,

I use Nortel VPN client to connect me on a distant location on a Contivity 1010.
But it doesn't work as expected with client under seven or vista ( version 6/10) whereas the xp one doesn't pose any problem.(version 7 work )

Is someone has this kind of problem ? do you have a solution ?

To run the client on Vista or Windows 7, it will either need to be client version 6.07 or version 10 and above.

These are the only supported versions,its possible you could get another version to work but you may have issues.

but there is no dependant problem with the client because I also have a contivity and I connect without any problem with version 6,7 and 10.

I think that the problem comes from the distant contivity but I do not know what could prevent it from being joined.

I use NVC64-10.01.102 with Windows 7 and it works great for me. If you want I can pass it to you, just let me know how?

thanks for your help but i am still using the NVC32-10.01.103 one and it work well with my own contivity but not with the other one on a distant location....
