PROBLEM BACKING UP FIREWALL

I have a problem backing up my firewall.
I get errors saying that the connection failed. It is not a problem of passing the actual firewall as in the firewall log I can see successful connections between the legato server and the firewall server but I don't see any reply from the firewall.
