Problem backing up a NetWare 3.x server

I am using ARCServeIT v6.61 Advanced Edition for NT. I backup many NW 3.x servers, but this one gives me trouble. Within a second of connecting to the backup agent the connection is broken with the following message:

AE3015 Service connection with HG_MERCH2 is broken, 1.

On the NetWare server in the agent log, the message is the same, but the server reports that:

1.1.14 Module did not release 1 resource
Module: ARCServeIT 6.6 File Server Backup/R
Resource: Service Connection. Desciption: Service Connection

I am backing up 40 other 3.x servers with out a problem. I think that the problem is in the configuration of this server or agent.

Any ideas?
