Problem Applying Rules

Hello All,

I am running Goldmine 6.5 and have recently purchased a web-add on that sends out leads captured from my website to an e-mail address that is picked up by Goldmine. The process works manually -- I receive an e-mail from the web system and click on it to file and the contact is created in Goldmine.

My problem is that I am trying to automate the process. I have created a rule to automatically process any e-mail with characteristics of a weblead (i.e. subject line, from e-mail) and automatically file it to create a contact. I have spent a while troubleshooting and can't find out why the rule doesn't apply.

Any ideas?
