Problem applying Frontpage patch to apache 1.3.26 on solaris 9

I am trying to apply patch manualy to apache 1.3.26 and get the following:

bash-2.05# patch -p0 < fp-patch-apache_1.3.22
Looks like a unified context diff.
File to patch:

I never got this under Solaris 8 so I am unsure what to tell it to patch. Any help would be appreciated.
