Problem after upgraded TAO

Does anyone encounter system problem after upgrade TAO? Any with similar symtom like mine?

1. When I upgrade from 10.0.3 to 10.0.5, I have been experiencing voice anouncement playing with sign of hiccups meaning not smooth.

2. When I upgrade from 10.0.5 to 10.1.3, I have been experiencing voice anouncement not being heard but when check the debug log, the file is actually played.
