problem after upgrade

dear all experts
please i have a problem that after i installed upgrade for BCM50
i had a problem then i had to reset the BCM50
but the system is back to the release 1
and the backup i have is release 3
so how can i restore r3 to the bcm50 with release 1?
please help me

Upgrade it back to 3.0. After the upgrade you need to put the image on, because if the system resets it will go back to the pre upgraded level. The image is on the upgrade disk.

or you can restore a 50r3 tib file (available on avaya support site) using Acronis true image home to a spare BCM FRU HDD of any version. Then restore from backup after youve swapped the HDD.
