problem after installing SP2 and hotfix

I have recently installed SQL Server 2005 SP2 and kb933097 on one of my SQL 2005 clusters.
However, I'm having trouble when trying to use one of the built-in sql server tasks:

The Check Database Integrity Task does not run correctly. Seems to only check the system-databases master & mssqlsystemresource database.
When I try to script it (basically copy from the task) and run the script it runs fine.

Does any other hotfix need to be applied?
