Problem adding users on Unity

Attempting to import Exchange users into Unity 4.0. Some users import fine. When importing some users, I receive the following message:

Unrecognized error 0x80070005 has occurred.
The new subscriber was not successfully added.

Anyone else have this problem? Any fix?

Hi ,thanks for the reply ,but i have tried everything on that doc ,only thing is on my box that AvMsgStoreSvc service is not there ,there is only a AvMsgStoreMonitorSvr service ,not sure if it is the same.

Also i have checked the users account in AD ,and compared it to a users account that actually works ,and the only difference is that the users who`s account works is part of the following two groups also UnityDirSvc ,UnityMsgStore. Can anyone tell me whether i need to add this other user to those groups to be able to import his account into Unity ?
