Problem Adding DDR2 PC2-3200 Memory to Dell Power Edge 2850 server

I got Cosair DDR2 PC2-3200 Memory ECC and am trying to add it to my dell server, but its not accepting it(it beeps when I put it in)

The label on the Cosair reads:
PC2-3200R-333-11-C0
The label on the ram that came from dell in the server reads:
PC2-3200R-333-12-C0

Whats the differece between the 11 and 12?

Why wont it take my RAM?
