Problem accessing to MySQL database

I have an swf file which can access to MySQL database, but when I move that swf file to another place, it no longer can access to the database. If anyone has experience with this problem, please help !

Although I dont know the answer to this question I am very curious how it connects to the MySQL database? Is this directly from within flex or using php/.net/java? If it is directly from Flex, could you please point me to someplace I can find out more about how to do this?
