I have a couple of BCM400 Rls 3.6 systems and can no longer access the Telephony Services drop down tabs under Services in Config. They have disappeared. Any idea why this would happen? We are using Internet Explorer for our web browser. Thank you!
FYI,I have seen the capacitors in the base function tray start to go bad and cause this problem too. If power down and slide the tray out and the capacitors look swollen or discolored then that too can be your problem. Aslo just powering off and on will take care of the problem only temporary if it in not a Java run time problem.
