Problem accessing sql data in report building

I am trying to create a crystal report, I have two databases on a sql server and can not get into it to access the data. I am an administrator and have right to it but it will not let me in. It asks for a Microsoft Access Password then my path is (company name) SQL\MSSQL\DATE
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The databases are on SQL server or are they access databases 'coz u said it is asking u for "MICROSOFT ACCESS" password ?
