Hello,
I administer a network that has a part connected through a pair of 3com AccessBuilder 400 routers. The network is working, with just one problem:
The telnet administration interface can only be accessed from a Solaris 2.5.1 machine (or a 2.0 Linux). Newer Linux (2.2) and Windows hosts can't connect to the router (but traffic is routed fine anyway). The telnet simply hangs after issuing "Trying to connect to ...".
Packet filtering rules and routing are set up correctly, I checked that.
