I'm sorry if I am not in the correct forum but I wasn't sure where I should post this. I have a user that is set up for internet access thru Symantec Web Security -- she is allowed to only access certain web sites. One of the websites that she is allowed to access takes a very long time to come up, she clicks on the link and it can take anywhere from 5 minutes to a half hour for it to come up.
Anyone have any ideas what may be causing this -- I have other users that are set up the same way but do not have this problem.
