On our groupwise system satistics report there is a statment like: Problem 39 for userxxx.db no user to match it to.

I am assuming as I managed to match the FID to a old user I deleted yesterday and the last changed dates for the other .db files is ages ago that they could be deleted??

I guess the .db files just weren't removed when the user was. Other threads I read say you should allow the system to remove them after 14 days, but this only happens if the file doesn't end .db. Should I rename them, just delete them or is there a better way of dealing with such files??

Any help is appreciated

I normally move the db out to another folder and hold on to it for about a week then after a few good backups I dump them.... Tamra Graver --CNA
