Probelms Viewing DHTML Reports

I'm tryig to view advanced DHTML or DHTML reports via the crystal management console
If I view the reports in DHTML or Adv DHTML format I get an error message "Object does not support theis method"
but if I use ActiveX or Java formats the reports view fine.
I'm logged in as administrator and I am viewing the sample reports supplied with Crystal.
And ideas what's wrong?
