Probelm with TSW and ELU33

[Mpe]

Has anyone experienced problem with ELU 33 and the new 19-inch build.
We have a lot of problem with:
Calls disconnect
Can't get a line
Can't answer
The handset freezes.
Etc

And yes we have latest release of sw and hw.

I'm just very interested in if anyone else have the same problems.

Service information ELU33:

A new version of ELU33 will soon be released.

Due to major improvements done in Processor & memory handling, the processing of data has been increased in the ELU33 board.

This new version of ELU33 with higher processing speed of data solves problems with the DTS lock, DTS freeze & hanging ELU33 boards.

Ericsson will launch a special replacement program that targets the updates of all delivered ELU33 boards.

A new service advice (81/ 0062-FCP 107242) is planned for next week with further information about the improvements done on the new version of ELU33 and also how to handle upgrade of the old ELU33 boards to this new version.
