Hi all,
I have written a Begin script for my jumpstart environment that uses probe to identify system variables, namely ${SI_ROOTDISK}. However, this is showing an incorrect/unexpected disk as a result.
I have four disks c0t0d0s0 c0t1d0s0 c0t2d0s0 c0t3d0s0
Disks c0t0 and c0t1 are to provide root mirror, however, the probe and dip(?-taken from man pages) are showing the variable ${SI_ROOTDISK} as c0t3. This is not a biggie as the install still completes succesfully. I was just interested to know if anyone has seen the same or if there is a reason.
If I find out I'll repost.
Cheers
