prob accessing a table

I have an access database with 2 tables in it.
1 called Funrdaising and the other called
Performance. They appear in the access database
in this order.

When I try to add a record to the 1st table
Fundraising it lets me, but when I try to
add a record to Performance table I get a can't
connect error.

Can someone please help me out.
