I have a client that is receiving the following error when they attempt to save a new sales order in Pro 7.4: "Update has failed. The update was not done." There is no error number given. It appears that the SOMAST file gets corrupted. In order to fix it, I copy the file, then zap the original file and then append from the copied file to the original file. The occurrence of this error has escalated. At first it happened about once every 3 months, then about every month, and now it is a daily occurrence. I can't pinpoint why this is happening or why it has escalated.
