Hello,
Can anyone tell me hoe to print the number of licenses are in Symposium. I am trying to build a 3905. and I am getting "sch0719 ACD Positions are Full".

has nothing to do with symposium...look at the maxp prompt in ld23 and increase the number...

Thanks. This is currently at 12. We got licenses added by Blackbox. Were they supposed to increase the MAXP?

not unless you told them too, the maxp prompt limit the number of acd set in the q...unless you told them how many agents are suppose to be in that q, they wouldn't know

It is defined by you, not Black Box. You can make that any number you wish.

It won't allow you to build more than you have licenses for but the MAXP is a simple change.
