We have MS CRM 3 and are running the outlook client on outlook 2003,
When certain users try to track mail they get an error that says they do not have priveleges to track the item. If they click the continue anyway button the item is tracked in crm so the message is wrong as it does it anyway. This is more of an annoyance than anything and i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and come up with a solution.
It seems to happen more on internal mail than anything else.
