Hi we have Mitel MCD cluster and MiCollab Nupoint UM for voicemail. When an extension which has its number marked as Private number in the directory leaves a voicemail message in any mailbox the number as well as the directory name is shown in the notification email. Is there a way to block this, ie the NuPoint UM to recognise the Privacy marker? These extension numbers were withheld when we were using Microsoft Unified Messaging. Seems strange it's not now withheld as it's extn to extn hunt group now and it doesn't work but did work when it was sent down a SIP trunk.
