a high level mng sent a private message through vm (MM using audix tui) and the recipient was able to listen to the msg marked private and then actually forward it on to someone else. That shouldn't be allowed. Does anyone know where to change that if it's a setting?

On the MAS in Voice Mail System Configuration use the Messaging dialog box, General tab to configure the privacy enforcement level for a voice mail domain. If it is set for "Notification Only" it will notify you that a message is private, but won't stop the ability to forward the message from the TUI.
