We have a bunch of phones set up with direct dial and there is one phone that is not working. When I go into Line Access -> Line Assignments, all the ones that are working, show L###:pVT>SETNAME where # = line number and SETNAME is the name of their extension. The one that isn't working simply has L###:Appr&Ring. How can I get that line to forward to the extension? Thanks!
