Private line transfer to voicemail ?

I have an extension with a 'private line' configuration. User is complaining about second call to line not traveling to voicemail and receiving busy signal. I realize busy signal is coming from LEC. Site does not have T1 or DID service.

Any ideas?

1 Line = 1 Call unless you get phone company voice mail

If they want to recieve a second call they could get a second line in a 2 member hunt group fron the phone co.

Thanks that is what I thought. I do not have enough words for whoever started 'private line' stuff on systems without DID.
