Private line programming for KX-TA624 1

We had to add a 3x8 combo card so the customer can have Line 4 private on ext 101 (jack#01). I restricted outbound access to all other sets, but it can still be answered on incoming. Any simple way of removing CO lines from the other sets? I did find a link in here to a User manual, but I didn't recognize how to establish private lines. Any help is appreciated.
