Recently installed a new cordless phone on a Legend, and provided coverage from the CEO's Digital Set. All was well, until a few days later, CEO realized his "Private LIne" wasn't working.
When I hit the button on his phone, it comes up "801" -I, which indicates to me it is a trunk either Loop or Ground Start, since the PRI trunk group is 805.
Cannot find any CO/GS trunks coming into the system, from what my tech on site sees.....
The programming for the button on his phone hasn't changed unless when we added the coverage button, something remapped on his set.
I'm 15 miles away from the site, and I'm struggling here, anyone have any ideas?
