Hi, We have bunch of private lines (Key x PVR XX) programmed on different digital extensions, now for some specific reason we wants that if any user dial a long distance call (00xxxxxxxx) from private line then a 4 digit code 5102 should attached/insert before the long distance number i mean if i dial (by pressing private line key) a long distance number e.g 00971212121 then a code 5102 should be insert automatically ,i.e. 510200971212121.
I dont wants to change these private line to a normal route then dialing out through access code.
Further i dont need insertion if this code 5102 before any local or mobile call dial from these private line.
Thanks

where you at geographically? You dial different for LD yes/no? You might SPN LD to RLI DMI???

Since you have exited the PBX the instant you press the PVR key, the PBX cannot insert or delete digits.

I think you will need to resort to a PBX controlled call type or find some aftermarket dialers to attach to each trunk (which would be doing exactly what the PBX is capable of doing in the first place).

I am in APAC. we dial 00 first for long distance calls. Isnt there any way to insert this four digit code before LD numbers while dialing through PVE line.
