Private Folder gone missing

One of my users has set up a private folder in her LN database for HR issues etc. All of a sudden, it has disappeared, though the documents in it can still be seen in "All Documents" folder.

Any thoughts on how to recover the folder?

I've had some similarly weird disappearances corrected when I used FILE--DATABASE--REFRESH DESIGN or FILE--DATABASE--REPLACE DESIGN to rebuild the view properly. Perhaps one of those will restore the missing folder

File, Database, Replace design works most of the time. Be sure to change the Template Server from local to the server.

I currently have an instance where replacing the database design didn't work. I also tried issuing the UPDALL, and FIXUP commands from the server console. I even restored the mailfile back to the prior day and replaced the design once more. Nothing has worked so far.

Does anyone else have any ideas?
