Hello,
Please, does anyone know what Table 22-18 Private Call Assignment Setup is for?
How is a call marked as Private in the system?
Thank you in advance for your reply.

I'm assuming it's related to 14-01-09, where in trunk basic setup a trunk can be marked as a private line. But that's just a guess.
Try reading the features and specs manual, and the programming manual for the related features and see what they say.

Thank you for directing me to further study the manuals.
i seem to have figured it out in the manual.
We forgot to mention that this is the SV9100 model, but this feature seems similar to the SL2100 model.
The end result is that we will have no use for this privat function with a non display ID. But it's good to know what it's for.
we can get by with the speed dial tree.

Yeah, the differences between the 2100 and the 9100 is scarce, past the 9100 having more expandability, and the 9100 having the CAP keys (which are useful for large organizations, or any anybody with a PRI). Me and my coworkers keep a document of all the differences we've noticed, and it has 8 things in it, most of which don't matter (9100 has dhcp mode off by default, 2100 on by default)

Netlink, MLC and CCIS being huge...and of course the actual phones themselves.

Huh, I never realized that the desktop software phone isn't available for the 2100, not that we have any users that use that.
For the 2100 though, it does have slnet, which I havn't looked into either, but is similar to netlink.

slnet is nowhere near what Netlink is. Closer to CCIS...but not same.
