Outlook is installed on all the computers in our office. The exchange server "looks" at each one before it gets sent to the recipient (for viruses etc). Then they are saved for anyone with the administrator rights to look at. Is there a way to either have the computer delete these private emails when it is done checking, or to not save them to the hard drive? Any help would be appreciated.
