I have two new Partner ACS rel 7 systems. On both of them I cannot pick up the CO line when someone is on that line. I have disabled extension privacy, programmed button(s) even defaulted system (it comes privacy disable from factory). Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this picture. I don't recall having this type of problem with earlier releases (although this is the first time when customer asked me for it - calling center - manager wants to listen..)
