Priv.edb lost attachment tables.

I have recently had to do a repair of our Exchange 5.5 private information store due to the database reaching its maximum size and crashing the system. When trying to defrag the drive the system reported a corrupt database. after running a repair of the database it appears that it has lost the attachments table within the database. Due to reasons still to be identified, we have no recent offline/online backup of the databases, as a result a repair was the only option.

Does anyone know of a way of rebuilding the priv.edb so that all tables are rebuilt???

Nope, you're data is toast, unless you kept a copy of the store before you ran ESUTIL on it?
