My company is going to be moving to VoIP in the fairly near future and I have a PRI contract that is up for renewal. We have been signing 2 year agreements in the past. Is there any reason I'll have reason to use a PRI with VoIP?
Sure, the PRI would be the natural interface from your enterprise VoIP into the public telephone network.
Even if your plans eventually include getting VoIP dial tone you should seriously consider this as a second step and keep the PRI until ALL enterprise VoIP issues are resolved.
